Beyond the Screen: Crafting Presentations That Speak to All with Rajveer In-Person

Whether delivering a presentation in person or sharing materials digitally, making small adjustments in how content is designed and formatted can create a more inclusive experience for everyone.

In this session, we will focus on three key aspects of accessibility. First, we’ll discuss how using semantic-designated headings and properly structured text can make content accessible to diverse audiences. Next, we’ll explore how to choose color schemes that are visually accessible, ensuring that individuals with colour vision deficiencies can engage with the material. Finally, we will address the importance of making images and multimedia accessible by providing meaningful descriptions and alt text for those using assistive technologies.

This session will equip participants with practical tools to create more inclusive presentations and handouts that everyone can engage with and understand
